Associate Attorney or Agent Opportunity

Support Staff Positions

The following are positions that we occassionally hire for:

Patent Secretary

Requires at least one year of recent patent prosecution experience and a strong understanding of the entire patent prosecution process.  Minimum typing speed of 70wpm.

Trademark Secretary

Requires at least one year of recent trademark prosecution experience and a strong understanding of the entire trademark prosecution process. 

Administrative Staff

For administrative and operations personnel in records, accounting, annuities and docketing departments, legal experience is required and intellectual property experience is preferred.
